Each capsule contains:
Turmeric extract (Curcuma longa) (rhizome) (95% curcumin)	300 mg
Bromelain extract (Ananas comosus) (stem)	150 mg

 

Non-medicinal Ingredients
Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended use
Helps to relieve acute inflammation.

Recommended dose
Recommended adult dose: 4 capsules daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. For use beyond 10 days, consult a health care practitioner.

Cautions
Helps to relieve acute inflammation. Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are allergic to pineapple, have a bleeding disorder, a history of stroke, or before surgery.
